Can anyone help me with this query? Is flooding a common problem with the XTZ 750
Thanx in advance.

It can be, the float needles get worn and allow the cylinders to flood. Get into the habit of turning the fuel off when you park the bike and it should help, long term though get a carb gasket kit from someone like Wemoto and it comes with a new float needle, replace it and hopefully all your problems will go away.
